We’re excited to bring FroCakes™ to our community — a fresh new way to enjoy frozen yogurt cakes, made right here in our community. But before we can open our doors, we need your support.
Here’s the sweet part: every dollar you contribute comes back to you in rewards. Contribute $10, and we’ll match it — loading $20 onto your FroCakes™ Membership Card to spend however you like. Some Selections even let you “Reload” your contribution multiple times, giving you even more savings to enjoy our cakes while helping us grow.
Unlike big, out-of-town crowdfunding sites, your support goes directly into building FroCakes™ — no middlemen, no extra fees. Every dollar stays local, fueling small business startups that are here to serve you and our community.
Funding Incentives™ Commonly Asked Questions.
It’s simple! Choose one of our Funding Selections below and get rewarded for helping us launch FroCakes™ Each Selection gives you back 100% of your contribution — plus the same amount again to spend in our shop once we open.
Example: If you select the Starter Selection and contribute $10. FroCakes™ matches it with another $10, giving you $20 loaded on your FroCakes™ Membership Card to enjoy in-store.
You’ll receive your FroCakes™ Membership Card when you make your contribution. The balance activates as soon as we open our doors.
For now, while we’re still in our startup phase, you can stop by to order printed cakes, cookies, or even bring in your own cake for us to print. These purchases won’t use your membership balance — they help support us while we grow.
By funding us today, you’re not only doubling your rewards — you’re helping FroCakes™ build a sweet spot for the whole community.
Each Funding Selection comes with a limited availability. Once all spots for a Selection are taken, it will no longer be offered.
If you see a reward level you like — and availability is running low — it’s best to grab it before it’s gone.
Some Funding Selections include Reloads — meaning you can repeat your contribution and rewards multiple times.
Example: If a Selection comes with 5 Reloads, you’ll get your first 100% match when you fund it, and then you can reload it up to 5 more times — each Reload giving you the same matched rewards.
This gives you powerful savings and extra spending value at FroCakes™ with no expiration date. Reload whenever it works best for you.
VIP status give you enhanced benefits with the Reloads perk.
Example: If a VIP Selection includes 5 Reloads, you’ll enjoy your initial 100% match, then have the ability to reload up to five more times — each reload giving you the same matched rewards.
Funding Incentives™ software is limited to a maximum of 10 Reloads. Once our campaign ends, we will transition to IncentraMax™ Rewards & Discounts, which unlock Unlimited Reloads and new ways to save and FroCakes™ to grow.
Please note: Reloads don’t transfer into Discounts, so any Reloads you have left will need to be used before IncentraMax™ takes effect. After that, you’ll have the option to purchase FroCakes™ Discounts with your IncentraMax™ Membership.
When do my rewards activate?
Your FroCakes™ Membership Card balance activates when we
open the shop. You’ll get your card at contribution,
and it’s ready to use on opening.
Do Reloads expire?
No — Reloads that come with a Selection can be used at
your convenience within the reload limit for that
Selection.
Can I support in cash?
Yes — Offline Cash contributions are accepted. There
are no card processing fees, so every dollar supports
FroCakes™
Can I use my balance before the shop opens?
While we’re in startup mode, in-home printing orders
(cakes, cookies, or your own cake) don’t use your
membership balance — they simply help us launch. Your
balance is for in-shop use after opening.
